Include $25.00 non-refundable application fee per adult.

Fees must be paid by cashier's check, cask, or money order.

There is a minimum carpet and unit cleaning charge at the end of tenancy.

Upon approval, you will need to pay a non-refundable deposit. This payment will become your security deposit when you move into rental unit.
