You will need to complete a rental application.
Include a valid driver license or state approved ID
Include $25.00 non-refundable application fee per adult.
Fees must be paid by cashier's check, cask, or money order.
There is a minimum carpet and unit cleaning charge at the end of tenancy.
Upon approval, you will need to pay a non-refundable deposit. This payment will become your security deposit when you move into rental unit.
All applicants will be processed without regards to race, color, sex, religion, handicap, or national origin.
